Conservatory Roof Blinds have been installing and specialising in roof blinds for over 7 years now. Whilst we are based in the South West of England we are able to provide coverage for the whole of the England, Wales and Scotland.
We do not employ commission based sales people (sometimes known as Design Consultants) to visit your house and take up your time. However we do employ highly trained installers and surveyors, thus allowing us to keep head count down and prices keen. We decided a while ago to set up a simple online facility to enable potential customers to understand and explore the world of conservatory roof blinds. We have found in all our years of fitting these blinds and talking to our customers that their buying experience was often painful and usually expensive! One of our recent customers comments about other companies was “..it’s not selling, it’s bullying…” obviously not the ideal environment when spending a lot of money! As most people only buy this kind of product once in a lifetime it can be easy to feel bamboozled by commission driven sales representatives who often over-complicate the product to justify a higher price.
Actually through our experience we (Conservatory Roof Blinds) knew all along that roof blinds are quite simple. We also know that the real expertise comes in the measuring and installation, hence we only use in-house trained staff. We figured that if we could only explain in simple terms what blinds do and the choices then the customer can dispense with the Salesman. Which is exactly what we’ve done!
